Terms of Service
GENERALBy commissioning or engaging in an art-related transaction with me (hereinafter referred to as the "Artist"), you (hereinafter referred to as the "Client") agree to these Terms of Service (TOS), regardless of whether the Client has read them in full. These terms apply to all transactions unless explicitly stated otherwise.Important Notes
• Commissions are for personal use only. If commercial use is requested, an additional 50% of the total price shall be paid.
• Payment methods are Stripe, GCash, and GoTyme.
• Commissions may take 1 week - 2 months to finish, depending on the type of commission ordered and the Artist's workload.

COMMISSION REQUEST & QUOTE• The Client must remain professional and respectful throughout the transaction.
• To request a commission, the Client must fill out a Request Form with the following details:1. Type of commission
2. Coloring style
3. Number of characters
4. Detailed references, supplemented with visual examples (as many as necessary)• The Artist will review the request and contact the Client through their provided email or social media if the request is accepted.
• The Artist will provide a quote based on the listed prices and any applicable additional fees. Once confirmed by both parties, the quote is final and will not change.PAYMENT• The Artist will not be responsible for any mistakes made on the client's part over the course of the transaction.
• A 50% down payment is required after the initial sketch is approved by the Client. The remaining 50% (plus any applicable revision fees) must be paid after the final draft is completed.
• Payments are initiated by the Artist through an invoice to avoid errors. Client should not send payment until prompted by the Artist.
• PayPal payments are processed via Invoice Method only. For local payments, GCash or Maya will be used. The Client will pay a total equal to quoted Price(s).
• Client must send payment within five (5) business days of the invoice unless otherwise agreed.REVISIONS & FEEDBACK• The Artist will send an initial sketch for the client's approval; after it is approved, the Client will send payment. The Client must approve of the pose at this stage; any major anatomical/pose adjustments afterwards may incur an additional fee. (10% completion)
• The Artist will send several more WIPs throughout the commission, at completed linework (33% completion), color flats (33%-66% completion) and rendering. (66%-100% completion)
• Clients may request up to two (2) major revisions free of charge during the drafting phase. Additional major revisions will incur a fee.
• Examples of major revisions include:- Changes to the pose, clothing, or background
- Change of animation
- Significant character alterations (e.g., hair, anatomy)• Minor revisions are allowed without charge, provided they are reasonable.
• Feedback must be provided within 24 hours of receiving an update to ensure timely progress.
• When finished and approved by the Client, the Artist will email the regular and the watermarked version of the full image file. PNG is default, but the Client may request additional file types that are readily available.CANCELLATION & REFUNDS• The Client and Artist may cancel the commission at any time. Client request will be refunded based on the percentage of work completed, whereas Artist request will be a full refund.
• Completed commissions are non-refundable.USAGE RIGHTSClient
• The Client may:
- Post the commissioned artwork online with proper credit to the Artist.
- Resize or crop the artwork for personal use (e.g., profile pictures, wallpapers).
- Print or create an otherwise physical reproduction of the artwork as long as it is for personal use only (i.e. NOT for sale).• The Client may not:
- Make any artistic edits or modifications to the commissioned piece unless further commissioned from the artist.
- Use the artwork for commercial purposes, including but not limited to marketing, merchandise, or promotion, without prior agreement.
- Convert the artwork into NFTs or feed it into AI/machine learning models.
- Redistribute, reproduce, or sell the artwork in any form.Artist
• The Artist retains the right to:
- Post the commissioned artwork on their portfolio or social media, with credit to the Client.
- Use the artwork for self-promotion.
- Decline or cancel a commission for any reason. If canceled, the Client will receive a full refund.
- Adjust prices for complex or detailed projects, as discussed with the Client.
